A signed Mac version
The Apple Developer Program costs 99 USD a year. It ends the right-click step on first launch and lets the Mac app update itself.
- Ayah Editor
- Support
Support Ayah Editor. Get Premium in return.
Ayah Editor is free, made by one person, with no ads and no account. Premium is how it stays that way: pay once, from 15 €, and export without the watermark.
One-time payment. Choose any amount from 15 €.
Why ask for support at all?
Because the alternatives are worse. Ads would sit next to the Quran. Accounts and tracking would break the promise that your work never leaves your computer. A subscription would lock a complete tool behind a monthly bill. A one-time contribution from the people who use it keeps all of that off the table.
More translations and themes
Every new language is checked against its published source before it ships, and every theme is designed for the sacred text first.
Time to fix what you report
Early Access exists to find rough edges. Support buys the hours to answer emails and ship the fixes.
Keeping the lights on
The domain, this website, the Microsoft Store listing and the release downloads all have running costs.
Free vs Premium.
The free version is the whole editor, not a trial. Premium adds conveniences on top and never takes anything away.

Is this a donation or a purchase?
A purchase. You buy a Premium license, priced like a contribution: 15 € minimum, and you choose whether to give more. It is not a charitable donation and is not tax-deductible. Lemon Squeezy handles the payment, VAT and your receipt.
What if I can't afford it?
Use the free version. It is the complete editor with full-quality export, and it stays that way. The only difference you will see in your videos is a small "Made by Ayah Editor" line at the top of the frame.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once. The key never expires, works offline, and covers future updates and premium themes added later.
Does one key work on Windows and Mac?
Yes. The same key activates Ayah Editor on all of your own computers, whether you installed it from the Microsoft Store or downloaded it for Mac.
How do I activate it?
After paying you receive a license key by email. In Ayah Editor, click "Free version, Unlock" in the status bar (or press Cmd/Ctrl+K and choose "Enter license key"), paste the key and press Activate. It is checked offline, with no account.
Will features move from free to Premium later?
No. Nothing you use to edit is or will be behind Premium. Premium adds conveniences on top, and the four original themes stay free because your projects use them.
